Rather than a collection of unconnected courses, we deliver a progression model that takes a young person from wherever they are now through to sustainable employment and independent adulthood. Programmes can be commissioned on their own or joined together into a longer journey, and a young person can move between them as they progress.
Every route begins the same way, with a comprehensive assessment of strengths, aspirations, interests and support needs, and a personalised plan mapped against Preparing for Adulthood outcomes and EHCP outcomes where they apply.

Young people aged 16 to 24 with SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety, EBSA, learning difficulties, medical needs or an EHCP, including those who are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET.
No. We accept referrals with and without an EHCP, through a range of funding routes.
Yes, and many do. The programmes are designed as a progression model, so someone might begin with Recovery and Re-engagement and move on to the Transition Hub or a supported internship.
Fully. Every learner has an individual assessment, learning plan and timetable, and delivery is in small groups with a named key worker.
ASDAN and AQA accredited units, Functional Skills where appropriate, and Employer Ready Certificates such as Emergency First Aid at Work and Food Safety and Hygiene.
Our centre is in Redditch, and we work across Redditch, Bromsgrove, Worcester and wider Worcestershire, with outreach delivered in homes and community venues.
It depends on the funding route. Local authority referrals typically take 4 to 8 weeks, EHCP funded placements 6 to 12 weeks, and school referrals 2 to 4 weeks.
