Every young person deserves the chance to work, to live independently and to feel confident in the world around them. Our employability and life skills provision gives young people aged 16 to 24 the practical skills, real workplace experience and personal confidence they need to step into adulthood on their own terms.We support young people with SEND, SEMH needs, neurodiversity, Education, Health and Care Plans and those at risk of becoming NEET. Whatever the starting point, the goal is the same.

Employment is not something we talk about at the end of a programme. It runs through everything we do from the very first day.

Learning does not only happen in a classroom. Young people visit real businesses, take part in work experience, meet people doing the jobs they aspire to and build a portfolio of experience they can be proud of.

Independence is what makes employment sustainable. A young person who can travel, budget, cook and speak up for themselves has choices, and choices change everything.
Our independent living curriculum covers:
- Travel training and getting around independently
- Money management and budgeting
- Cooking, healthy eating and looking after yourself
- Managing appointments, forms and everyday admin
- Personal safety, online and in the community
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Emotional literacy and wellbeing
- Speaking up and self advocacy
- Taking part in community life
These are not extras. They are taught, practised and reviewed as a core part of every programme.

We currently work across Redditch, Bromsgrove, Worcester and wider Worcestershire, with Year 1 capacity for around 10 to 15 intensive learners plus outreach, and capacity growing as we expand.
