How referral works

Tell us about the young person and their needs and we will acknowledge within 24 hours and make contact within 2 working days. School referrals typically progress within 2 to 4 weeks.

What we take on

We support young people aged 16 to 24 with SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety, medical needs and learning difficulties, including those who are NEET or out of education. We are not the right fit for young people who need secure provision, specialist therapeutic placements, inpatient services or highly specialist clinical interventions, and we will always be honest about that.

Yes. We often work alongside a school placement rather than replacing it, particularly during a phased return.

Safeguarding comes first in everything we do. We have a Designated Safeguarding Lead, all staff are DBS checked and safeguarding trained, and we share information with your team in line with GDPR and safeguarding requirements.
