Whether your young person is struggling at school, feeling anxious, out of education, or unsure about the future, we are here to help. We support young people aged 16 to 24, and the families around them, to find a way forward together.

How we support families

Through our Family Resilience and Transition Support we offer parent workshops, support groups, help navigating the SEND system, transition support and family mentoring, so the whole family feels supported, not just the young person.

How we support your young person

We start by getting to know them. What they are good at, what they are interested in, what makes things harder, and what they actually want their life to look like. From there we build a plan around them rather than fitting them into a programme.

What to expect

Getting started is simple. We acknowledge your enquiry within 24 hours, talk through your young person’s needs, and agree the right programme and next steps together. We move at your young person’s pace and build trust first.

  • We acknowledge within 24 hours and make personal contact within 2 working days
  • We arrange a consultation within 5 working days where appropriate
  • We complete an assessment and agree a personalised plan with you
  • Your young person starts, at a pace that works for them

FAQ

No. We accept referrals with and without an EHCP. If your young person has one, we will map our work against its outcomes and attend annual reviews.

Yes. Families, schools, health teams and local authorities can all get in touch.

Yes. We move at their pace and build trust first, and for some young people that means meeting at home or in a community venue before they come anywhere near our centre.

Our centre is in Redditch, and we work across Redditch, Bromsgrove, Worcester and wider Worcestershire, with outreach delivered in homes and community venues.

Safeguarding comes first in everything we do. All staff are DBS checked and safeguarding trained, we have a Designated Safeguarding Lead, and you can always talk to us about any worry.

Placements are usually funded through the local authority, EHCP or high needs funding, or other commissioning routes. Talk to us and we will explain the options for your situation.

We will tell you honestly, and help you think about where else to look. We would rather do that than take a placement that will not work for your young person.
