We partner with community organisations and housing associations to reach and support young people aged 16 to 24 who are at risk of becoming NEET or socially isolated.

Together we can improve engagement, independence and progression across Worcestershire.

How we work together

Referral partnerships

Your teams see young people before services do. We make it easy to pass someone on, with a simple referral route and a response within 24 hours, so nobody falls through the gap between organisations.

 

Shared venues and community delivery

Much of our outreach happens in community spaces. If you have a room, a hall or a hub, we can deliver mentoring, group work and employability sessions where young people already feel comfortable.

 

Joint community projects

Our learners take part in community projects as part of their programme, from environmental work to enterprise and community leadership. That is real experience for them and real capacity for you.

 

Volunteering and work experience

Community organisations make excellent first placements. Supportive teams, meaningful work and a low pressure environment are often exactly what a young person needs before a commercial placement.

 

Tenancy readiness and independent living

For housing associations, our independent living curriculum covers budgeting, cooking, managing appointments and paperwork, personal safety and travel. The skills that keep a young person in a tenancy once they have one.

 

Signposting and family support

We can support the families your teams are already working with through workshops, SEND navigation and family mentoring.

It varies. Some partners refer young people to us, some host delivery, some offer volunteering placements, and some do all three. We will shape it around what you have capacity for.
